Luxuries Bliss Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as earrings (for hygiene reasons) or clearance items, are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Start by emailing our customer support team at luxuriesbliss@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We’ll provide you with instructions for your return.
  2. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, if possible, to prevent damage during transit. Be sure to include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
  3. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a notification regarding the status of your refund.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item, and will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at luxuriesbliss@gmail.com within 24 hrs. of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Proof of Purchase:
